First appearance: the necklace of princess fiorimonde
As a major figure in The Necklace of Princess Fiorimonde, Prince Michael is not background color—the story leans on what they do once the chapter opens.
Determined to break the spell on Princess Joan, he seeks the wizard's help and sets off on a quest to find her stolen heart.
Michael enters a court where princes vanish without explanation and the princess's gold cord keeps acquiring new beads. Where other suitors see only beauty, he suspects sorcery, and his courage sets him apart from the men who have already fallen. His pursuit of Fiorimonde places him at the center of the story's struggle between love and dark magic.
