# Rev. Keeluk Von Schlichten — Uller Uprising character guide

> Rev. Keeluk Von Schlichten in Uller Uprising by H. Beam Piper.

**Role:** supporting

**Also known as:** Keeluk, Mr. Keeluk

**First appearance:** 0006-ii-rakkeed-stalin-and-the-rev-keeluk

## Snapshot

A missionary whose letters to Rakkeed's disciples expose the fault lines between his calling and his brother's colonial war on Uller.

## Who they are

Keeluk moves between two worlds: the Terran administration that employs his brother and the Ulleran congregations he serves, and the correspondence he passes along becomes intelligence in a war he never chose. His divided loyalties make him a quiet pressure point in the escalating conflict, forcing the reader to ask where faith ends and politics begins. He matters because the letters he hands over help expose the network of anti-Terran agitation before it erupts.
