## Who they are

Sriva moves through Carcë's banquet halls collecting secrets the way other nobles collect jewels, and she knows exactly what each one is worth. She plays her father Corsus against her mother's caution, angling for a crown she believes is her due. Her midnight promise to Corinius and her willingness to betray her own family's confidence mark her as one of Witchland's most dangerous young schemers.
