## Snapshot

Rome's most feared bandit chief, he owes Monte Cristo a debt and repays it with a loyalty that makes him far more useful than any aristocrat.

## Who they are

Vampa commands the bandits who haunt the Roman countryside, a man whose reputation for ruthlessness is matched only by his strict code of honor. He was once saved by Monte Cristo, and that debt binds him absolutely — he will kidnap, release, or wait in silence at a single word from his benefactor. His alliance gives the Count a reach that extends beyond drawing rooms and banking houses, into the lawless spaces where inconvenient people can simply disappear.
