> The Adventures of Sally by P. G. Wodehouse

## Answer

The Adventures of Sally by P. G. Wodehouse develops Wealth and Class across the chapters the companion marks for this theme.

The book explores how sudden wealth and social class affect characters' behavior and relationships, from Sally's legacy to Fillmore's pompousness and the boardinghouse patrons' attitudes.

The party highlights the social dynamics of wealth, with Fillmore's new money creating a barrier between him and the other guests, and the discussion of Sally's legacy reflecting different attitudes toward money.

The chapter highlights the contrast between Sally's modest inheritance and the guests' fantasies of vast wealth, as well as Fillmore's pompous behavior due to his new affluence.

Sally's loss of her inheritance and return to work highlights the fragility of wealth and the importance of class in social standing.
