One of three scouts picking through a murdered city's bones, quick on her feet and quicker to name the horror the others only feel.

## Who they are

Tasso moves with Dorle, Nasha, and Tance across a blasted landscape toward the ruined city from which the firing came, teasing Dorle about rank while pushing the group forward. She is the one who reads the charred foundations plainly: this place was not abandoned, it was killed. Her urgency and clear sight keep the small expedition moving into ground none of them understand.
