**Role:** supporting

**Also known as:** Hauserman

## Snapshot

A psychiatrist brought in to test workers for emotional instability, Hauserman must decide whether the strange delusion in front of him is madness or something else.

## Who they are

Hauserman sits with the Rorschach cards and the interview forms, skeptical of what tests can actually prove about a mind. His patient's account does not fit the categories he was trained to use, and the industrial setting around him wants a clean verdict. What he chooses to record, and what he chooses to believe, will shape whether the case is treated as illness or evidence.
