# Glenn Otto — Our Baseball Club and How It Won the Championship character guide

> Glenn Otto in Our Baseball Club and How It Won the Championship by Noah Brooks.

**Role:** supporting

**Also known as:** Otto

**First appearance:** 0001-our-baseball-club-and-how-it-won-the-championship

## Snapshot

Glenn Otto is the Catalpa player whose temper runs hotter than his judgment, a combustible presence on a club that needs cool heads.

## Who they are

Otto wears the Catalpa uniform but carries a reputation for hot-headedness that makes him a liability as much as an asset. On a team built around steady men like Brubaker and calculating ones like Larry Boyne, his flare-ups threaten the discipline a championship run demands. His volatility gives the Nine an internal tension to manage, and readers a reason to watch every inning he plays.
