## Snapshot

A princess of legendary beauty whose hand can only be won by a suitor who completes a series of impossible tasks.

## Who they are

Gulizar is the prize at the center of a bride-wager, a princess whose beauty draws a prince into a contest of tasks set by her father or fate. She is not merely won — she is the reason the hero must prove himself through grateful animals, direction taboos, and trials that echo across Indian and European folktales. Her presence turns a simple courtship into a test of character, and her fate hangs on whether the prince's helpers can outwit the obstacles between them.
