## Snapshot

A green-eyed thief with a sullen face and a practiced smile, she keeps her side of the fence even when she's drowning in the bay.

## Who they are

The Angel runs with Big Flora's crowd and carries the knowledge that Flora's troupe killed her Paddy, a debt she won't trade to the law. Pulled half-drowned from the water and shadowed by the Op's men, she refuses to talk on principle: 'You're law. I'm thief.' Her stubborn silence and her history with Flora make her the hinge the Op works to crack the Carey case open.
