Captains Courageous

He is taken aboard the fishing schooner 'We're Here,' where he meets Captain Disko Troop and his son Dan. Initially arrogant and demanding, Harvey is forced to confront his new reality as a common sailor. He is signed on as a crew member and begins to learn the ways of the sea, marking the start of his transformation from a privileged passenger to a working fisherman.
Chapter 4
I
Harvey Cheyne, a spoiled rich boy, falls overboard from a luxury liner and is rescued by the fishing schooner 'We're Here' captained by Disko Troop. Harvey demands to be taken to New York, but Troop refuses, insisting Harvey work as a crew member. Harvey's arrogance and threats lead to a physical confrontation, and he is knocked down. Troop assigns him to work under Dan, his son, and Harvey is left to adjust to his new circumstances.
Chapter 5
II
Harvey Cheyne, after being knocked down by Captain Disko Troop for accusing him of theft, is comforted by Dan Troop. Dan questions Harvey about his wealthy background, and Harvey reveals his father is a multimillionaire with private cars. Harvey apologizes to Disko, who accepts his apology and tells him to get to work. The chapter details the crew's supper and the beginning of the fish dressing-down process, where Harvey learns the ropes.
