> A Prefect’s Uncle by P. G. Wodehouse

## Answer

A Prefect’s Uncle by P. G. Wodehouse develops Authority and Leadership across the chapters the companion marks for this theme.

Gethryn's role as head of Leicester's House involves asserting control over unruly seniors like Monk and Danvers, while navigating the expectations of masters and the school, exploring the challenges of maintaining order and respect.

Gethryn is appointed head of Leicester's House and is tasked by the Headmaster with reforming the house's discipline, contrasting with the weak leadership of his predecessor Reynolds.

Norris's frustration with Gethryn's absence highlights the responsibilities and challenges of captaincy.

Norris as captain and Mr. Jephson as housemaster struggle to assert authority over Gethryn, while Mr. Robertson offers a nuanced view of rules and discipline.
